What are the responsibilities of a Board Member?
 
The Board of Directors is charged with conducting the business of the HOA - including but not limited to contracting our management, landscaping and snow removal companies, improving common space and enhancing the look and appearance of the common property of the HOA.
 
Additionally, the board has a responsibility to maintain prudent financial reserves for the maintenance of common property of the HOA, storm-water management ponds, etc., and setting an annual budget including an assessment fee.
