At the October 27th meeting quorum was not achieved. Therefore in accordance with Maryland law, the annual meeting will be rescheduled to Tuesday, November 17, 2026 starting at 7:00pm held at the Glade Elementary School (9525 Glade Rd, Walkersville MD 21793).

 

Proxies submitted before the prior annual meeting do not need to be updated. Proxies used for just quorum purposes no longer need to be sent in. We will be taking nominations at the meeting if interested on serving on the Board if Directors. Should you have any questions, please submit them to the property manager at kschroyer@clagett.com prior to the meeting. Thank you!

At the 2026 Annual Meeting, the Board intends to adopt the revised 2026 Design Guidelines for the community. The revised guidelines will be open for discussion at the meeting, and members are welcome to submit comments prior to the meeting for the Board’s consideration.
