Board Meeting
The next meeting for the community is the 2026 Annual Meeting and has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 7:00pm. This meeting will be held virtually with the link that is emailed/mailed out to owners. If quorum is not achieved (52 households), then the annual meeting will be rescheduled for November 17th at Glade Elementary School. At the 2026 Annual Meeting, the Board intends to adopt the revised 2026 Design Guidelines for the community. The revised guidelines will be open for discussion at the meeting, and members are welcome to submit comments prior to the meeting for the Board’s consideration.

Additionally, if unable to attend the Annual Meeting, please submit your proxy form in order to obtain quorum. this can be completed by turning in the proxy form to management, and or submit electronically at: https://www.sunmeadowmd.com/questionnaire.php?view=start&id=15

At the May 26th board meeting, the board officially adopted the No Solicit Rule for the HOA.
